Iraq & the Gulf

How an export order works

Receive a quotation
We reply with pricing, minimum order, delivery terms (Incoterms) and a confirmed lead time for your order.
Step 3
Production and shipment
Once the order is confirmed we produce and prepare export documentation, then ship by the mode that suits your destination.
Step 4
Repeat supply
For recurring consumption we can set up regular call-off orders so you do not have to re-quote every time.

- Total lead time, production and transit combined, is typically 7 to 21 days. It depends on the order size, the destination and the shipping mode, and we confirm it in your quotation.
- Shipping
- Sea, road or air freight depending on destination, urgency and volume.
- Delivery terms
- Incoterms are agreed per quotation. Tell us the destination and your preferred terms when you request a quote.
- Payment
- Payment terms are agreed per order and stated in the quotation.
- Documentation
- Commercial invoice, packing list and export documents are provided with each shipment. Additional documents can be requested at quotation stage.
