Disposable hair nets are one of the most basic and most inspected hygiene controls in any food processing plant. Loose hair is the contamination hazard an auditor notices first, and a well-fitted bouffant cap removes it at the source. Our non-woven hair nets are made from lightweight 10 g spunbond fabric with a double elastic band (gipe) that holds securely over long or thick hair across a full shift, without the pressure marks or slippage that cause staff to adjust — or remove — a poorly fitting cap.
